This week’s pick is one thought I’d chosen before, and then couldn’t believe that I hadn’t already:

Two days ago, I found myself thinking about Just One Day, and I ended up picking it up and reading the second half of it again. Trust me, it does not disappoint on later readings. As one of the only books I’ve ever given 5 stars to on my blog, I find myself thinking of moments from it at least once a week. Gayle Forman does those big emotional moments so well, and I’m pretty sure that by the time Just One Year comes out, my copy of Just One Day will naturally fall to my favourite spots.
So, yeah, now I’m yearning again to get Just One Year and to find out what the heck happened to Willem after all that time. Plus, I want more Allyson and more Shakespeare. And I just want to know if everyone gets their happily ever after, okay?!
If you haven’t seen it already, there’s an excerpt of Just One Year on the USA Today website. But I beg you, if you haven’t read Just One Day yet, PLEASE go out and get it right now. It completely and totally deserves your time, even if you’re not normally a contemp reader.
EEEE! I'm definitely looking forward to this one! It's already out here in Australia but I haven't had a chance to read it. I still haven't read her other book 'Where She Went'.

Oh my gosh!!!! I just finished Just one day just a day ago!!! (notice how I fit in all those "justs" there) I am dying for Just one year!!! Isn't the cover gorgeous???? Gayle Forman is amazing! I know I will cry and laugh whenever I read her novels…they are so real seeming.

I read Just One Day the week it came out, and I still can't stop thinking about it! I must have re-read the last page at least a dozen times. And chapter 13…not ashamed to admit I've read that a couple more times as well. By far one of my favorite books. Ever. I can't wait for Willem's story.

I thought about Just One Day a lot after I finished it. I've read and loved If I Stay & Where She Went, but Just One Day is just something else altogether.
Just One Year is definitely one of my most anticipated books of 2013 😀
I have not read anything by Gayle Forman, but I think this one will be my first. It sounds so good, and from the reviews I have read of her other books I think she may not be able to do wrong!
