BEA First-Timer: Who I Am and Where I’ll Be (also, mini blog break)!

May 27, 2014 / 6 Comments / Uncategorized

Hey guys, this year, I’m going to BEA for the first time and I’m crazy-excited. I’m really hoping to get to meet tons of bloggers and readers (as well as authors, publishers, etc), so inspired by Alexa from Alexa Loves Books, I’m posting a couple photos, my schedule, and where you’ll find me!

This is me!

Please, please come say hi if you see me – I’m really nervous about going to this myself, but I’m pretty outgoing, and I will talk books, movies, music, Lizzie Bennet Diaries, whatever with you! =)

Wednesday:
8:00am – 5:00pm BEA Blogger Con – This is a bit of a free-for-all, I’ll probably be in all of the “101” sessions for newer bloggers. Come say hi if you see me, or tweet me if you can’t find me!
7:00pm  If/Then (the new musical with Idina Menzel! So excited!)

Thursday:
7:00am – 4:30pm BEA Day 1! Authors to meet: Ann M. Martin, Megan Shull, Amy Plum, Shannon Hale, Adi Alsaid, Lois Lowry, Veronica Roth
5:00pmShopping at The Strand, Beacon’s Closet, Century 21 and more (hoping to get to Van Leeuwen or Big Gay Ice Cream)
8:00pmDinner with my hosts in Brooklyn

Friday:
9:45 am – 4:30pm BEA Day 2! Authors to meet: Amy Ewing, Jandy Nelson, Morgan Matson, Chelsey Philpot, E. Lockhart, Amy Zhang, Kiera Cass
5:00pm Quick stop at Laduree for macarons!
6:00pm – 8:00pm BEA Bloggers Picnic! I’m so excited to meet everyone and chill in Central Park!

Want to follow along? I’ll be tweeting and posting photos on Instagram!

I won’t be posting here at all this week, so hope you guys have a great week. I’ll be hosting a giveaway or two after BEA so I’ll see you guys on the other side!

  1. Hi again Tiff! I just wanted to stop by and say it was so fantastic to meet you (a fellow Canadian to boot!) at BEA this year 😀 I wish we would have ran into one another at the event itself but it was still awesome to see you at the picnic and go out for drinks after!! I hope you had an absolute blast and got ALL the books you wanted! I also followed you via Bloglovin' (& Twitter of course) so we can keep in touch and keep chatting books ♥

    Cheers!
